    Many here don't want to mine ....simply someone to buy out at a FAIR price
    Pick any past proven methods to value in ground resource and this has to be US$0.40 plus
    Thieves and vagabonds will try and get this for a steal however there is a ROADBLOCK which will cause a few headaches .
    Simply hang in and I don't think the damage will be as bad as it could have been....
    Is that clear enough for u DL
