Z you are an absolute wanker, HDR committed to such an announcement weeks ago, read their intentions in their reports, nothing to do with your pathetic whinging, it was impossible to release column details 2 days ago when the bloody tests were not complete, they cannot release guesswork to the market.
Suggest you invest in a good dose of patience and read announcements more carefully.
having said that I agree more info could be contained in some announcements when available, but not this time.
