My suggestion to AHF

Generally I suggest AHF to work with Mengniu which is the Chinese second largest dairy company, No 6 or 7 in the world.

1, to produce Mengniu brand A2 organic infant formula made in Australia.

Back to 2014 when I worked for NSW dairy connect, as we wanna introduce funding to build up there large dairy factories one in Orange, another two boarder NSW/QLD, I met Mengniu’s director in Beijing, but I was told in Australia they are only interested about sth special like the A2 milk. After many years I just realized I wasted a great investment opportunity on A2 milk.

As far as I know Mengniu definitely has interest about Australian A2 milk products, Yiqing and Mengniu they are both state owned companies in China, very easy to arrange the official business discussion with AHF, if still cannot I can help.

I suggest AHF can use its infant formula factory to produce Meng
niu brand A2 organic infant formula, profit sharing is easy to decide, most important, AHF will no more need to worry about the marketing and export licence to Chinese market.

2, currently, it is predicted that Australian live cattle export will significantly expand in next decade.

I suggest AHF can use 1/3 of its remaining farm which is closed to port, circa 260 acre to apply for registered feedlot and quarantine farm. In Australia, All of the exported live cattle must stay and fed in the quarantine farm for 30 days , this is a very profitable business as it is legally requested.

AHF can focus on breeding raising collecting regional dairy cattle which can make produce A2 milk then either export to Mengniu or other buyer overseas. Even just total 5000 cattle per year ( just one ship) it is still very profitable now. More importantly, this is the strength where the company actually has.
