    Who would benefit ???
    Our Asian gentleman withdrew his take-over approach when not assured of Board endorsement (read Giralia wouldn't sell)
    Think AGO will have plenty on their plate with GIR- and 10% of CAP will be of little interest.
    What better way of securing CAP than offering AGO a "premium"
    on a grossly deflated share price & then mounting a full bid.
    May be way off the mark, but it makes sence.
