Big Bao may ask why AQA and its CEO acquired more than 100 mil shares in a poor penny company like Cullen?
A : Honorable Master, CUL owns part of the deposit at Catho Well , which with RHI deposit ( AQA is also a substantial holder in RHI)... are the first to be developed in stage one of WPIOP. So we had to ensure first steps are taken safely..... without an intruder coming thru the back door and putting a spanner in the works...
Big Bao's answer would be upto one's imagination...!!!!

More than 50% of CUL's 1 b shares are held by retail small investors..... Any so called mining (Solomon Leu) has to pay a top price to become a new substantial holder just like AQA and AMCI had to do in 2007- 08.

AMCI 25 mil share in CUL have been acquired by Brisbane invet at 5c (10c discount)... these Guys must be busking in the Sun of the Cayman islands .
