They have a $20 million acquisition facility. Assuming they can use these funds to buy centres on 4x EBIT, I have upgraded EPS of 12 cents (back of envelope).
On a 15x PE multiple (a discount to GEM), this gives a price target of $1.80 over the next 6-12 months.
