The loose cannon in the all this volitility is Israel and US's potential actions towards Iran, imo .
Gestures of firm diplomacy towards Syria indicate that the main Western participants are stepping up the gears towards Iran's complete isolation .
Russia also appears to be on the side of the west now (having pocketed funds from uranium enrichment plant construction) .
China is obviously against Islamic extremism but may be a hard nut to crack in regards to "setting down the law" .
Syria will wait till the last minute before it goes neutral, imo.
Apart from guerrilla extremist groups, which other sovereign nations will support Iran against overwhelming odds ?
Meanwhile ..... Iran is launching Destroyers. (I wouldn't like to be a Iranian sailor in one of those if the guided missiles are on their way).
Will their be a "showdown at sundown" ?
