imo everyone speaks of the aldp in subtle tones (smaller than lower case:-) You can only imagine how serious it would be for leakage to become public, only to then disqualify a private company from the process.

Any private company that expressed initial interest, but did not short list would also not be broadcasting the fact for obvious reasons also.
