My take on recent price movements - US Green Deal, Infrastructure Bill, Malaysia PDF, COP26

Hello everyone!!! Haven't posted in a while so I'm back!!!!
I was focusing on building a startup with my brother - we're creating a world simulation to predict the future of everything!! (think weather, stock prices, climate change impacts, how long we'll live, air pollution and more!!)

But anyways 4 big news recently, which probably resulted in Lynas's price movements:

1. COP26: A guess a "good" / "bad" result. India, China and probably even Australia wanted the sentence "phase OUT coal" to become "phase DOWN coal". But, other good news was COP26 kept alive the Paris agreement, signed the anti deforestation agreement, and "forced" countries every year starting 2022 to report improved targets. 2. Infrastructure Bill passed! With $110B for roads, bridges, $16B for climate change mitigation, $11B for transport safety, $39B for green buses, $66B for rail, $65B for internet, $42B for greener ports, airports✈️, $7.5B for EV chargers, $65B for greener grids + more, the bill is a first step to solving climate change!! 3. Build Back Better step 1 passed! Although on party lines, the CBO estimates the bill to cost $160B (including conservative tax enforcement estimates) over 10 years, but a $750B gap in the first few years https://finance.yahoo.com/news/dems-build-back-better-bill-005122552.html It's possible the Dems might amend to bill to reduce spending in the Senate - ie Joe Manchin + Kristen Sinema. So overall -> GOOD NEWS! The aim they said is to pass it before Christmas.
