yeah I agree, i think the $16 value is the price before the drilling has been completed, now that we know there is 'live' oil (about 50 million barrels or so) the value per barrel would be higher. It should go higher again on successful flow test. Dont forget that oil can be sold for close to $100 per barrel, less royalties.
