    Hello Fellow EXTers,

i haven't posted on HC for a long time due to the ridiculous posting that was happening, however i see that it seems like a nice positive arena now so i want to share my take here.

Well, there are a few things i want to address in this post.

The first thing that i want to discuss is the current board problems. I made a post elsewhere (a while ago now) that indicated my thought that the appointment of Rothschild was for a capitol raising. Several things in EXT's statement seem to scream that out to me and now the pieces are fitting in with the idea of a capitol raising even more. All of these board disputes are tying in more and more to my theory. think about it:

    - KAH want to increase their share and have raised capitol to be ready to do so when EXT do a C/R.
    - Peter Mc, would (i think) be backing other institutions and sticking up for us small holders to get a shot at any C/R.

Here is where the conflict of loyalty lies as PM has now sided with RIO. Dattels and KAH are feeling threatened as a C/R that could go entirely (or a big proportion) to RIO (or an alliance of RIO) helped by PM would be a massive slap for Dattels and his cause. I think that Dattels and hence his puppet Hoenen obviously feel threatened and can no longer rely on Peter Mc for their share of EXT through a C/R. Hence, Peter must go. Not only this, Dattels knows that with a C/R, his 10% will be diluted and if a China or Iran is granted some EXT shares without his consent, then he will have to pay some big money at market to keep his percentage holding the same to ensure that he remains at the bargaining table. Peter Mc holds a card that Dattels cannot risk being called on.

Of course all of this is speculation however it does seem to tie in very nicely.

On another note, i think all of the board games that are being played publicly are to force a bigger parties hand. Think about this:

    - We know that these directors can sort themselves out behind closed doors. (we saw it with BB)
    - So why go public about wanting to remove Peter Mc when everyone knows that if it comes to a vote, PM is out???

    Here is why:

Because Peter is seen to be EXT's closest link to RIO. With him gone, RIO is left on the bench to play with themselves while dattels smooths over to AREVA. So from the dealers at RIO, they now know that it is time to make a move while they can still deal with a man that will support a T/O from them on fair terms. Rio have seen what Dattels did to AREVA the first time (Uramin) and im sure they are sweating on the fact that he might do it to them....

    So,

im rambling a bit but i think this open fighting is being done to force RIO's hand,. its like a last minute message from Dattels to RIO that EXT are here for the taking, if you cant come to the table now, then your no longer welcome. (of course a bidding war will welcome anyone to the table).

This also ties in well with fridays close and why i am so excited about this week. i think the buying on friday was RIO showing their hand. they need to do it and it needs to happen fast. bring on the frenzy. all speculation, but it seems to fit together well in my head.. i hope this gives people another perspective.
