Now that the Company has a very serious team at the helm , I have just gone over the notes that I made from the Beaver Creek Precious Metals conference in September 2023.
Matt intends to increase mill throughput to 5.5 million tonnes per annum by end of 2024.
Working on removing crushing capacity bottle-neck since strip ratio is currently 10:1 vs DFS expectation of 6:1 for LOM. Thanks to CW and MS for schoolboy error of no pre-strip !
August production of 11,200 ounces came from a low grade of 0.9 g/t. Reserve grade should be 30% higher than this later in 2024.
Potential second mine at at APG , 10kms south of AG. This heap leach mine potential is around 75,000 ounces from reserves of 800,000 ounces at a capex of under $100 million.

ALL of the above is very positive and with the current gold price of $2350 and further throughput potential , I believe that Battersea's expectations of A$2 per share is not beyond the realms of possibility. I would like to see a share price of A$1.25 at the end of Q4 2024 or Q1 2025 as the first step in that direction.

Did anybody note the 69c bid a minute before market open today, suddenly withdrawn or "trade not reported". There will be many such anomalies in the next month or so but looking forward to the March Qtrly. at the end of next week.
