I think short term JPR has further to fall, but not necesarily that far.

Although their is(or will be) substantially more shares on issue, those new shares will be in the hands of two russians. Their wont be increased liquidity or selling pressure from them. They are buyers not sellers.

Their will be selling pressure from you and me. We are entitled to participate on 1-3 basis. Will we sell some now at 3.7c to fund our right at 2.7c?

Or maybe we will participate and be overweight post rights, so we sell then.

Also, does this deal put any major holders noses out of joint? We saw what Indian Oceans did when they were disgruntled.
