Afghanistan has been a country with civil war for many years. Counties like Russia 1979 to 1992 and US 2001 to now have been involved. My guess another one will start up in a year or two as the Taliban does many things other Afghanis do not like. The resources have been suspected since end of WWII My guess is no one will be able to even prospect for many years. 20? to the best of my knowledge no prospecting was done in the last 20 years with US lending some stability. How cnnan you think that Lynas could do something profitable in even 20 years based on history. Do you think Taliban is going to be come a generous ruler excepting others Idea.
Lynas signed the lease for Mt weld in August of 2009. Mt weld was a proven resource when lease was signed. They did not make their first profit till 2018.
How long do you think it will take someone in Afghanistan who has no established government and likely to go back into civil war. To go from prospecting to making a tinny profit. I would feel better saying 40 years than 5 to 10 years based on history
