19. potential dividend in future When and how much. If it is more than a few years out what difference does it make. Most companies return about 2 to 5 % of profits to stock holders Currently Lynas has earnings of .02 a share, that may increase to 0.13 with AR When do you think they will be able to pay a dividend that will effect the stock price? If the future for Lynas and REE is as bright as many on this board think I should think all holders of the stock would want every penny reinvested in the company because that would have far more potential than any dividend. I do not know AU tax law. IN US all dividends are double taxed. they have to be paid with after corporates tax income. then individuals have to pay income tax. Double whammy. Only companies with very little growth opportunities Like utilities, banks, insurance companies and old manufacturing pay big dividends.
