Yep, absolutely mindblowing arrogance and ignorance shown by this ship of fools-and they had the nerve to award themselves more freebies to "encourage them to perform"--I nearly gagged at that bit of nonsense-these clowns should be taking a pay cut-bigtime!, they no longer have the "NAME" to support their incompetance--nay this is neglect of duty.
