Cuzo, simple but very effective strategy IMO. How can you invest in this company when the full picture is disclosed buying when GT or HNC is a punt but in this market probably makes more sense than anything else.
Twin Creeks, simple question to ask them is that at current market cap why woudl HNC want to pay in excess of $1B for 50% share of the sulphides. Why not buy up as much of the company as possible 70% i sit based on foreign investment rules or is that what is already happening. Mass dilution GT owns a greater % he sells his % to HNC for a profit and wholla we have HNC owning 70%.
There is no reason based on current market cap for HNC to proceed with sulphides project on current term sof the deal. Makes absoloutely no sense.
