Hi Gunay7 I thought they were selling/closing the chemical business and just retaining the consumer brands business(soaps,detergents etc)
There will be many shares floating around issued at 1.5c so it will take a while for the share price to recover as people look for quick profit on these shares.Also they talk of a bonus issue of 1 for 4 after this issue at a strike price of 2c in case they need further funds down the track.Not to be negative but given this I could only see the share price move up over say 2c if the first half hits or exceeds their profit forecast.I am gunning for the company and hope they turn things around.
