A taxi driver I was speaking with today told me he had a portfolio of 15 properties in Melbourne. He told me his portfolio is worth $9 million+. I think he owns 0.5% of it (45k). Highly leveraged.
He told me about a property seminar I should attend. He enthusiastically outlined how anyone could become a multimillionaire in 6 years investing in property.
