Yes Martin share size is quite near to the % where he will have to be declared as a substantial holder in Prima.
He has around 34+ million and if I remember any holding becomes substantial above 5% ie around 35 million.


I also like the idea of a new investor from the USA coming on board on better terms than Springtree and being prepared to join the board at the same time-this move strengthen not only the board but also the reputation of the company in the global scene..

Great thoughts especially if you're right about this .

Appreciate your sharing the fact that you've spoken to some high up members in PRR and that they're happy with its progress and maybe something exciting is about to happen------.
