    Between them (and a few other large holders) they now likely own 85% or more. So the remaining shares are only worth $140m or so at today's prices.

    Anecdotally keeping a listed structure can cost around $5m a year in various costs and compliance, so the return on wrapping this into a private roll-co structure probably starts to look compelling, even if they had to buy out minorities at NTA (or a price set by an independent valuation).

    That said, I've thought that this would happen shortly for a few years, lol.
