To go private require either Twiggy or Joe Lewis to sell their stake to the other. I feel like neither is going to sell anytime soon, Joe wants full private ownership, while Twiggy is the patriot holding a 20% blocking stake to prevent it becoming foreign owned. But either could afford to buy out the other, so will be interesting to see who blinks first.
