The threat of de-listing may scare some investors into taking the $1.50 or selling on-market for $2.35. Me personally I don't care. They want the company. The shares are in demand. They need them. Delisting won't get them my shares. I paid cash for my shares and I will get cash back eventually + decent return for my trouble.
