    Thanks for that, Matt. Yes, it could simply be a ploy to take a few more shares from holders. That would certainly be one of their motives.

    Still, it would be interesting to know a little more about the delisting scenario. eg. what regulatory hurdles would Wah Nam need to overcome to actually delist BRM.
