I have just sent an email to a company looking to clarify a few points that Ill publish if I get a response.
However I have come up with a theory why there isnt much promotion of the company.
It was stated in the quarterly that they were in discussions with a financial institution for financing for Rubicon. What if they plan to raise funds by way of a capital raising to existing shareholders (ie themselves). It would be better for the SP to remain depressed so that they could increase there holdings at a lower price with the knowledge that they were onto a winner. Even if they did the cap raising at $1 and doubled the shares on issue, MC would still be under $100mil which would be pretty much backed in cash & bullion.
Of course if this was the case it would probably be a good thing for current holders in the long run.
Probably a bit to much of a conspiracy but it got me wondering
