    I have put 2 +2 togethr

    Clive Palmer has some commercial disagriment with Citec and I understand he controls one port over there already

    Controling this new port will give him firmer grip over Citec and I did hear one of his speaches and he is very passionate and not used to lose

    Just a long shot !!
