In the long term there will be no effect. In the short term, stocks worldwide will likely drop due to uncertainty. Investors hate uncertainty and will look to sell pushing the price down. Important to note that markets arent exactly rational and investors will follow herd mentality and sell off. But don't worry too much about it.
Look whats happening to the GBP/USD, huge mover today, expect a drop in the ASX 200 too if Britain leaves.
