With all due respect, if you are (genuinely) seeking answers and/or rationale for comments posted on HC at this late stage of doing your MBA, then I suggest you change your MBA thesis because you are seriously missing some of the basics of the assumed influence of forums such as HC. As such (IMHO) your thesis when completed is doomed for a D- grading.
Then again your post could just be a "wind up"
