Novozymes might just be interested in Audeo, actually cant work out why they havent already made an offer for ACL, Novozymes has an exclusive agreement with ACL to provide HA to them.

"Alchemia agrees to use Novozymes as its exclusive supplier of HA for the HA-irinotecan Product and Novozymes agrees to supply exclusively to Alchemia HyaCare for use in HA-irinotecan Products" This is from the S1

Also given Novozymes opened a new HA facility in China in Sept 2011 costing more than DKK 350 million.

You might remember Novozymes financially assisted ACL with the HyCamp Trials, If they were interested it was because it showed enormous potential and as a result Novozymes invested in new facilities.
