here is my take.......

there is more to this run than just a re-rating.

there must be news coming soon on either of 3 things.
1. the much anticipated upgrades to there facilities,
2. aquisitions,
3. takover speculation (tpi is interested)

currently i value tox at around 10-12c ($ 5 million profit + in 06/07)-at PE ratio of 10-12.

now here is the upside.....

if they were to announce the upgrades to their plants are going ahead, 5-10 million profit could be added to 06/07!!!!!!!!!!!!
that would equate to a share price of 20-30c!!!!!!!!!!!!

A STRONG BUY IN MY OPINION!
