In regards to fund/ entity calling this a sell/ dud, HAS anyone first hand experience of this and the reason they (fund/entity) ACTUALLY gave this advice, if so what has changed their mind (from hold/buy) and why after the restructuring/code red been implemented.

What is the relevance of this : been suggested that this has hobbled the sp of this company, what are the actual facts behind this, if any. Some clarity would be enlightening, we believe (relevant fund/entity) this is a sell because ..... , is there specific data to support this? Can anyone enlighten us?

Not enough to say 'weak hands' have capitulated because of unspecified advice from said entity, it is in the companies/our interest to give actual facts to support this fact/allegations, then let any thinking person make up their own mind regardless of brokers 'advice'.
