I've got access to the full article. Given it's a paid article I believe it would be covered by copywrite so I don't feel comfortable sharing this on the internet.
The gist is that in the case of Posttraumatic tricuspid valve regurgitation normally caused by blunt chest trauma) where there is major tissue loss, reconstruction of the valve is feasible using CardioCel. The paper suggests that CardioCel is the closest mechanical equivalent to the aortic valve leaflets.
