Official shareholder presentations have the same protections as asx announcements under commercial law. Problem is they can't lie but they are allowed to chsmge their position as circumstances dictate. Same could happen if they said it in an asx announcement.
Wayne wants to protect his credibility and this is a huge opportunity for him to be famous for overseeing a msjor turn around and creating a truely global player. I think he will do everything he can to get this right. Same with st denis.
