Hi defabstar,
from my own experience of just coming through the other end of Babcock and Brown Infrastructure Virtual takeover by Brookfield Asset Management, which was TOTALLY due to BBI NOT performing a Cap Raise 12 to 14 months ago, I would suggest that a cap raise of some sorts is a prudent measure, given that the growth line out of the GFC is going to be anything but linear.
You know that I wonder why the big boys will not pay any more than x for CER, and you know the big boys know the numbers a lot sooner and more explicitly than the small fry, and they have far better calculators to boot, plus a history as long as you like.
The probability of a cap raise of sorts is already built into CER price from months ago. It is impossible to change all that by mobilising enthusiasm for a stock, but I do appreciate your depth of research.
