Net cashflow. That's like a person on 100k per year taking at loan for 120k on a home worth 150-200k. I can see how there is higher risk but i stuggle with the concept that it has gone from low risk to high risk with the purchase of this ASSET. ( asset in capitals or purpose)

Contracts go for. I recall reading an article suggesting it was as much as 25 percent. Can you imagine if uranium went back to 130 like it was a few years ago.
