    Dear All,

Here are a few thoughts on MMZ / Snap Shot Battle:

1> As posted on Friday, http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/snapshotbattle.com confirms that www.snapshotbattle.com is indeed a product of Hot Shot Media.

2> Whilst the Mooter homepage shows a 'splash' page, after having a quick 'Google', I have found the following URL http://www.mootermedia.com/mooter_services.php leads you to more content.

Whilst this content may be the old web site, there may be the potential that they're going to use the Mooter advertising engine on this site?

3> I did get a brief look at the site before it got locked down and I think it has potential. It has one important component - it will be competitive. We all love to win. It is still in 'Alpha' stage and much of the content had placeholder text. The fact that it integrates with Facebook is brilliant - and is the key.

Let's assume that, worst case, 1,000 shareholders read the announcement that the site is now active. http://www.facebook.com/press/info.php?statistics states that the average person has 130 friends. If each person invites all of their friends (130,000 referral requests) and let's assume a 25% take-up thats an extra 32,500 people now using the site. The referral process continues, and continues.

DYOR. Disc: I have shares in MMZ.
