I am more inclined to think that they were ill advised on the CR at 8 cents than they made a big mistake and it's easy in hindsight but if it was so oversubscribed it would been better to raise $13 mil instead of $6.5, however , management should of had a far better grip on time frames bringing these new products to market. Or did they assume that WP revenue would go ballistic and allow them breathing space. Lesson, never assume anything.
