To be honest, I have not read the transcript of Mallinckrodt's result presentation, as it would bore me to death. These transcript are better left to experts on financials like your good self
But, I've skimmed through some articles that the @The Yankee posted.
And this looks like a pretty good alignment to me... "portfolio transformation"...
So, my sentiments still stand... strategic directions = innovate or die!
