what I can say is that there is no agreement mentioned either directly or indirectly by the Board to the market that confidentiality agreements are in place between CN and SMA.On any level.

Therefore the Board chooses to deliberately ignore their shareholders.

There is nothing hypothetical about this REO as it is indeed, a fact.

Why is that so hard to understand?

If you can disprove my point that there are no confidentiality agreements in place that forbids the Board to keep stockholders informed then I would love to see it.

You are entitled to hypothesise but please don't pass it off as fact as,on this point,it is not.

I am not calling you an upramper,just need to do more research.

I too can't understand why they haven't furnished us with the financials surrounding the VodOne deal and this is the conduct of a professional Board with sh best interest in mind????
