Like other Capital Raisings it may well be to "sophisticated investors "but the important part will be the other part the explanation where the money went and where its going and whats bringing in the cash and how much come in.
Lots to say to us ordinary "dumb investors"
Dont know why there not announcing anyway the deal has to be done lets get on with it.
UNLESS there waiting for another top piece of the puzzle to come together.
