Raby is on the Board but Tsvetnenko is our partner instead with the new SMA Company so I took that fact to mean they are officially on the Board too.I would be very surprised to note that Tsvetnenko does not have a voice with this new Company which can only happen if you are a Board member.If you can correct me then that is great.
IMO,Without doubt SMA announcements are all too vague and not to mention ambiguous.For example,with the last ann, the Board saw fit to release an ann to the market highlighting the words "THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT BREAKTHROUGH FOR SMARTTRANS"
As I don't understand the necesity can you please share why this is so important it warranted to be highlighted by the Board?
Also,which past announcement did you read that showed SMA were even going to set up a new Company with Tsvetnenko?
IMO,sh were led to believe Tsvetnenko was going to invest into SMA NOT use that money to open up a new Company in Hong Kong?
