Toho............opportunistic and greedy operator who hung out for terms previous. In bad times yes they were there, but they could see the prize. So they try and swamp Nystar interest to hold all the aces. They suceed in that, Nystar dont add to their bid and walk away saying " Whew "...glad the bid didnt get up !!!! Do we honestly believe that Toho wont rejig the offer now that CRUDD has hit the fan??? Do we honestly think that TOHO and cohorts are acting in the best interests of us. Toho for Toho, and jobs for the boys......the good old boys club that are present and effective in every company ...in every proposal or takeover. Of course Toho (imho) will cut the offer in the wake of the fear campaign currently decimating our industries. If they pull the bid, CBH hit 10c in a week or less and we are all once again.....as always, like the mouse in the wheel........stuffed. Cheers and good luck.
