ayn need 13mill to start produceing bullion
us as holders and morgan can deliver on the 1-5 cp to raise 5mill
tranche-1 118mill @3.5 to raise 4.1mill
tranche-2 167mill @3.5 to raise 5.9mill (if required) that makes 16mill
the mine comes into production and the company keeps its drilling program marching forward all at the same time as silver prices should be marching forward
if it becomes real and silver hits say $50 by march ayn will be in a position to sell up to 500,000 ounces of silver at a $37-40 profit per qauter and thats not includeing what is sitting on the leach pads
so all things going well ayn should profit around $70-100mill in its first year of production
and with tall ho/rivertree and the texas deposits i still think that we are in with aa extremely good chance to make a shit load of money
i have had time to think about the cr and have decided that the company is do all it can to become a producer and look after the shareholders especially as they have given us all the opertunity to participate in this cr
i think we are on a winner as long as the silver price moves forward
