Teflon, Not a complete fan but you can say i have taken a few leafs from Peter Lynchs' book.

I can see your concern with the SP performance and movements after the ann. But as a long term investor in STB it is little concern to me.

I see you are looking to time your entry, one thing i have learnt over the years is it can be the difference between success of failure for a trader. With that said, my most successful trades were ones where research and fundamentals and not timing was the reason for success.

Good luck to you and i hope you do not miss the boat in trying to gain that little extra when the overall reward is much greater.
