I do not think we are in the ADR(alternative dispute resolution}phase yet
But both parties will be forced to consider going there fairly soon,if there is not an agreement.
I do like the recent cash raise at this time,it sends a clear message.
ie,from a negotiating position cxy is not short of cash/vulnerable.
Good timing and perhaps intended.
I expect an update from cxy on this next week.
