    I have to disagree with your point that the State Government hasn't yet come completely to terms with their dilemma.

    I'm sure their legal advice would be screaming at them "you guys are deep in the poo". LOL

    As for the rest of your post......I agree totally and thanks for posting.

    For those buying at current prices a 10 bagger is a real possibility if not a certainty from here.

    Nice to see the CR was over subscribed.....that all bodes well.
