The non responsive sp is perplexing.
What I have learnt though is that if you are aware of all the relevant information at hand and after your own conservative analysis you believe a company is undervalued the market will eventually catch up subject to a black swan event.

I think we all agree that the shear dilution of the oppies is holding the sp back so what will rerate the company ?
- announcement of the US carmaker
- announcement of the European contracts (three to five major companies and carmakers)
- revenue flowing into the quarterlys (this may not happen in as significant way until quarter ending 30/06/16)
- broker research (including a stab at future income streams)
- expiry of the piggy back oppies 01/16
