The question is how much did they get their shares for? There is nothing to lose if they got them for zero. They probably told the sophisticated investors when the share price was at 9 cents and the sophisticated investors would have sold their existing shares before taking up new ones. Where is the working product? and Why do they still need more money for R&D? Was the cap raising necessary at this time? Why started PR without a working product?
