Theres a reason founders/ CEOs/ Directors get paid the big bucks, it’s because they have to run the company and make critical decisions, it’s what the job is. You can’t be feeling sorry for someone in that position and if they can’t do that job they should be moved on. Give someone who is capable of going to conferences, run a business and cut costs at the same time a go.
