Its a no brainer really..TTS no longer needs set aside $40mil for the Health care levy, they are just sitting back waiting for common sense from the High Court to descend. That $40mil was the reason why TTS divs have been lower than previous yrs, (($40mil being the same amount of the div)..Now its no longer to be set aside the TTS div can be back to normal..and probably slightly higher.

We should encourage Dopey Dan to go for it...develop his creative energy...thinking about it..hey Dopey Dan, have I got a bridge for you....or a road...or a desal plant...what about a new level crossing.
